Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms could do with a facelift and were dark if you leave your shutters closed but they were very well-equipped with a safe, hairdryer, dressing gowns, slippers, TV, internet, and air conditioning, which was a godsend. The service had very little English, a hot pool, limited breakfast, and some hidden costs, yet the staff were very attentive even when we were among the last guests at the resort due to the current crisis. The location was superb with nearby tourist attractions and pleasant surroundings. The dining experience was pretty bad for the advertised hotel level, especially the limited breakfast options, but the fruit salads were awesome. The facilities were okay. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
The hotel offers a clean and comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff. However, there are areas for improvement in terms of the dining options and room equipment. Overall, it's a good value for money choice in a convenient location.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything I needed like a safe, hairdryer, dressing gowns, slippers, TV, internet, and of course, lifesaving air conditioning. The lobby welcomed me with a cool drink and a refreshing wet towel. The location was superb, very clean, and had excellent air-conditioning, which was crucial during the hot weather. The service was warm, friendly, and accommodating, helping me with restaurant bookings and organizing tickets. The dining experience was varied and satisfying, with a good selection that made me feel like I was at a dinner buffet. This hotel is definitely a place I'd recommend to friends and family!
Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were peaceful, overlooking the garden, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Having a balcony was a bonus, especially during the rainy weather. The service was exceptional, with requests promptly met, although average at times. The location was serene, offering tranquility amidst the busy surroundings, though in need of some updates. The dining options varied from disappointing to excellent, but the made-from-scratch pizza was a standout. The facilities were adequate, with room for improvement. Value for money was reasonable.
The hotel is ideally located for a quick walk to the old town and local restaurants, offering spacious rooms with balconies or terraces, though the room category confusion was a bit disappointing. The service was exceptional, catering to special needs with care and even going the extra mile to assist with unexpected situations.
The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, though a bit dark and in need of some care. They were well-equipped with all essential amenities, making the stay convenient. The service was delightful and accommodating, with some minor oversights. Its lovely and spacious location in Hoi An, within walking distance of attractions, was a plus. The dining experience offered a variety of delicious options, although improvements could be made. Overall, a good value for the money.
My stay was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, spacious and clean, were either freezing or boiling but appreciated the upgrade offered. The service was a combination of professional and helpful staff along with some that seemed fed up or rude. The location was great for exploring Hoi An but overlooked the road, so a pool or garden view would be preferable. The dining experience offered variety but fell short with artificially flavored juice. Overall, it was a stay with ups and downs.
I stayed at the hotel and found it to be a mixed experience. The rooms had a damp smell and weren't as appealing as the pictures suggested, although they were spacious. The service was professional, and the staff tried to assist with any issues, but the noisy surroundings were a downside. The location was convenient, being close to the historic town, but the constant noise from the nearby roads and school could be disturbing. The dining options were varied and enjoyable, especially the coconut bread, and the facilities like the pool and outdoor areas were well-maintained.
The hotel's location is excellent, allowing easy access to Hoi An attractions, though some rooms are showing signs of age. The service was outstanding, responding promptly to our needs. Dining options were a bit limited compared to expectations, but the buffet offered good variety. The facilities were well-maintained and enhanced our stay.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean, with a great shower and a comfy bed, although the noise from the school next door was a bit of a nuisance in the mornings. The staff were warm and friendly, going out of their way to assist with restaurant bookings and organizing activities. The location was perfect, just a street away from the lively night markets, and the facilities, especially the swimming pool area, were impressive. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with some items not feeling fresh.
